This policy explains how Item Unlimited LLC, doing business as Foundry Key Nexus ("Foundry Key Nexus," "we," "us") collects and uses information through foundrykey.nexus, our client projects, and our phone and text message services, including On-Call Dispatcher.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly: your name, company, email address, phone number, service address, and the details of your request when you fill out a form, call, or text us. When you call or text a number we operate, we receive your phone number, the time of the call or message, and its content. Calls and text conversations handled by our AI assistant are recorded and transcribed so the request can be fulfilled and reviewed.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to you, book and confirm appointments, send the service-related text messages you request, provide support, bill for our services, and improve how our assistant handles requests. We do not sell personal information.

Text messaging

If you text one of our numbers or ask us to text you, we use your phone number only to reply to and carry out that conversation. Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all categories of information sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.

Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run our services, such as our telephone and messaging provider, AI voice and chat platform, scheduling, hosting, form handling, and payment processors. They may use it only to provide those services to us.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@foundrykey.nexus. To stop text messages, reply STOP.
