These terms govern your use of foundrykey.nexus and the services provided by Item Unlimited LLC, doing business as Foundry Key Nexus ("Foundry Key Nexus," "we," "us"). By using the site or our services, you agree to them.

Services

We provide application and web development, IT support, and AI phone and text answering services such as On-Call Dispatcher. Project scope, pricing, and deliverables for paid work are set out in the proposal, order, or checkout page you accept.

SMS terms

Program: Foundry Key Nexus customer care text messaging, including On-Call Dispatcher and its live demo line, and On-Call Dispatcher emergency job alerts sent to on-call technicians of our client businesses.

What you will receive: customers receive replies to messages they send us, and appointment scheduling and confirmations. On-call technicians receive emergency job alerts with the caller's name, callback number, address, and problem. We do not send marketing messages through this program.

How you opt in: customers opt in by sending the first text message to one of our numbers. On-call technicians opt in themselves at foundrykey.nexus/alerts by entering their mobile number and checking the consent box. Each technician gets a confirmation text when alerts start.

Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you text us again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

AI assistant

Calls and texts to our numbers may be answered by an AI assistant. Information it gives about pricing, availability, or service is for scheduling purposes and is confirmed by the service provider.

Payments and cancellation

Subscription services renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal linked from the On-Call Dispatcher page, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Limitation of liability

Services are provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
